To 3D print you need a good ‘watertight’ 3D model. There are plenty of programmes developed for digital 3D designing such as CAD packages but few are developed first and foremost for 3D printing. Designer makers and applied artists use Anarkik3DDesign haptic 3D modelling programme with confidence because compatability with the main file format used for 3D printing, .stl, was built into the programme from the start.
