Variations Ring Shank – Black: this ring is part of a series that allows you to use different tops with your ring shank which are easily and quickly changed so you can match any outfit. This particular ring shank is printed in black nylon. Steel is also available here

Slot the ring shank through the tops, then place on your finger. Your finger will hold the ring top in place.

The Variations series was inspired by the idea of wearers combining different ring units together to fit their mood, the occasion or to match their outfit. 3D printed polyamide can be dyed in a wide range of colours. Some printers can even print out multicoloured items using the .wrl file format; which provided Ann Marie with further inspiration to explore colour and pattern.
