Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the service or products you receive please contact us.
We will replace, or refund the value of any product which you think falls below the high standard you expect. If you choose to return products which have been delivered, we will reimburse any sum received from you within 10 days. You must return the goods to us unworn, and in the condition in which they arrived. This will be done by crediting the credit or debit card you paid with.
Returns where items have Arrived Damaged or Faulty – If goods arrived damaged or are faulty, please take a phoptgraph showing damage and if possible how this might have been causedm i.e. faulty packaging. Contact us within 7 days, preferably within 48 hours. We will arrange the return of these goods and will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. If your purchase was originally fine but became faulty soon afterwards, please contact us with a short description and photograph of the problem and we will contact you.
Refunds of Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will pay for the return postage. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
AnarkikCreations is not responsible for Faulty Goods commissioned from our designers. Any complaints are between the commissioner and the designer. We advise that you use special delivery where you are returning goods to the designer.
It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur. We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
Methods of Payment
Regulations due to come into force on September 15th 2021 in the UK, add even more security to electronic payments. Please be aware that for this Banks may need you to provide two forms of identification when shopping online.
