Our Guarantee

Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the service or products you receive please contact us.

We will replace, or refund the value of any product which you think falls below the high standard you expect. If you choose to return products which have been delivered, we will reimburse any sum received from you within 10 days. You must return the goods to us unworn, and in the condition in which they arrived. This will be done by crediting the credit or debit card you paid with.

Returns

Returns where items have Arrived Damaged or Faulty – If goods arrived damaged or are faulty, contact us within 7 days, preferably within 48 hours. We will arrange the return of these goods and will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. If your purchase was originally fine but became faulty soon afterwards, please contact us with a short description of the problem and we will contact you.

Commissioned Goods

Non-Faulty Goods – Goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. In the first instance please contact us, preferably within 48 hours. We will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are received in brand new, never been used condition and with the same packaging that they left us in, we will fully refund the price of the goods and postage where paid. You will receive your refund within 30 days. Unless reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for cost of return postage and ensuring that we receive goods in the above condition. We advise that you use special delivery.

Refunds

Refunds of Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return postage. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.

Refunds of Commissioned Goods

Refunds of Non-Faulty Goods
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days as detailed above. Provided everything is in order we will fully refund the price of the goods including postage where paid. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.

Complaints

It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur. We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
