Our new category is ‘2nd life materials’. It is for those designs which bestow a 2nd life to re-used waste and scrap materials. By repurposing, we value them and transformed them through creative use of 3D technologies and hand-making into pieces to cherish for their quality and ecological thoughtfulness.
If you are in the EU please read this: On 13th December 2024 the European Union’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), around risk assessment, documentation and labelling requirements to better protect European consumers, came into effect. This legislation updates the requirements on manufacturers, importers and distributors of products into the EU. Because of Brexit and being outside the single market Ann Marie Shillito needs to follow these enhanced rules which also requires her to have a named representative within the EU to vouch for the safety of products. As she does not currently have a person in the EU you are not able to purchase her work from this website. Some of her jewellery is available from Galerie VundV in Vienna.
